The new location is closer to our parent company, SNG Barratt Group, and will provide improved storage and logistics, bringing more parts to more people.
The move coincides with the announcement of a new group company, Holden Europe, and a new distribution centre in France supplying classic British parts to customers in Europe. Customers across mainland Europe will no longer pay import duties and taxes on purchases from Holden as the new location overcomes many of the import/export problems introduced post-Brexit.
Holden Vintage & Classic was originally founded in 1988 as a Lucas electrical parts specialist, repurposing original tooling equipment to manufacture period automotive parts for classic cars and motorcycles. In October 2021, the business was acquired by SNG Barratt Group, the world’s largest independent manufacturer and supplier of classic and modern Jaguar car parts. With new investment, Holden now offers a greater range of products to a much wider global audience.
